Invitation suite à la carte services
The Bride's Secretary is dedicated to making sure that all of your invitations and other custom printed wedding products are designed, ordered and delivered to meet your wedding calendar deadlines.
But our special à la carte services are what make us unique:
* We'll build your guest list into a spreadsheet
* We'll do all the addressing and mailing of the pertinent pieces, e.g. Invitations, Save the Date cards, etc.
* We'll manage your guest list in a shared drive so you can see us keep track of who's coming
* We'll call the guests who haven't returned their RSVP so you have accurate numbers for your caterer (Did you know that 25-30% of guests do not RSVP? Do you want to be making 25+ phone calls just weeks before your wedding?)
* We'll handle your wedding website design and maintenance
